Shipping & Delivery Policy
WITHIN MALAYSIA
Purchases made before 12 p.m. of each day (excluding weekends and holidays) will be processed, carefully packed and shipped out within the same day.
Once the order is shipped out, customer will receive a WhatsApp message and an email of the delivery tracking number. From then on, the courier company will handle the parcel. Please use the tracking number to find the whereabouts of the parcel.
Shipping duration may take longer than usual during peak/festive seasons. Below is a timing reference:
- 3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
- 5-7 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

OUTSIDE of MALAYSIA

Once the order is shipped out, customer will receive an email of the courier company delivery tracking number. From then on, courier company will handle the parcel. Please use the tracking number to find the whereabouts of the parcel.
The courier company delivery schedule is usually taking 1-5 days. However, depending on the restrictions in different countries, some countries may take longer.
The customer is entirely responsible for any custom clearance or tax imposed on the parcel by his/her country. Personal consumption orders of 1-3 items of each product, are usually not taxable but subject to local tax regulations.
